December 29, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

The Trina’s Kids Foundation 12th Annual World’s Largest Toy Drive reached a historic milestone at BMO Stadium when lawyer and entrepreneur Sean Callagy and his community contributed 119,000 toys, helping set a new Guinness World Record for the most toys donated in a 24-hour period.
The Los Angeles event marked the fifth stop in the foundation’s multi-city toy drive, an annual initiative designed to provide holiday support and essential resources to underserved children and families. From early morning through the evening, thousands of volunteers, donors, and partner organizations arrived at the stadium to deliver toys and assist with intake, sorting, and documentation required for Guinness World Records verification.
Contributions included bicycles, dolls, action figures, board games, educational kits, books, and age-appropriate gifts intended for children across a wide range of needs. Organizers confirmed that the total volume of donations surpassed the previous global benchmark, establishing a new world record for single-day toy contributions. Independent witnesses and official record adjudicators were present to ensure compliance with Guinness World Records standards.
Callagy emphasized that the achievement was the result of collective participation and community coordination rather than individual recognition. He noted that each donation represented an opportunity to bring stability and joy to families during the holiday season.

Entrepreneur Dan Fleyshman, who hosts and personally attends each stop of the toy drive including Los Angeles, publicly acknowledged Callagy’s role in the record-breaking effort. Fleyshman noted that Sean Callagy sizeable contribution played a central role in reaching the final 119,000-toy total count and sustaining momentum for their next stops on the multi-city toy drive.
Founded to support children experiencing financial hardship, Trina’s Kids Foundation works year-round with schools, nonprofit organizations, and local agencies to identify families in need. Following the record-setting event, toys will be distributed through the end of December to families referred by community partners, ensuring that donations reach children before the conclusion of the holiday season.
Foundation representatives stated that logistics teams are coordinating delivery routes and inventory management to support equitable distribution across Los Angeles neighborhoods, with a focus on families affected by economic instability.
This year’s Los Angeles toy drive builds on Callagy’s longstanding commitment to supporting youth and families through structured community initiatives. His annual holiday efforts are part of a broader approach focused on access to resources, community engagement, and long-term impact for children facing economic barriers.

The event also served as a platform for collaboration among local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and civic leaders who supported the toy drive through volunteer participation, logistical assistance, and in-kind contributions. The successful execution of the event highlighted the role of cross-sector partnerships in addressing community needs and demonstrated how coordinated efforts can produce measurable outcomes for families and children during the holiday season.
