(“GameSquare” or the “Company”) a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and digital native treasury company, today announced it repurchased 1,120,606 shares of its common stock for $565,806, representing an average price of approximately $0.50 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $3.9 million remaining under its current authorization.
Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of 1,953,730 shares of its common stock for $1,164,955, representing an average price of approximately $0.60 per share.
