SMX Demonstrates End-to-End Breakthrough in Cotton Traceability: Proves Ability to Verify Origin and Recycled Content from Mechanical Recycling Through Yarn Spinning and Finished Fabric

PARIS, FR AND SINGAPORE, SG / ACCESS Newswire / December 11, 2025 / SMX (Security Matters) PLC (NASDAQ:SMX), the global leader in molecular-based material authentication and digital product passports, today announced a successful multi-day industrial pilot validating SMX’s ability to deliver full-chain traceability for cotton.

The pilot confirmed that SMX markers, applied during the mechanical recycling process, remain detectable and stable through fibre mixing, carding, yarn spinning, fabric formation, and into the final finished textile product.

This establishes a verifiable, scientific method to authenticate both material origin and the percentage of recycled cotton embedded in fabrics, addressing one of the biggest challenges facing global apparel supply chains.

    Full-Chain Validation Achieved

During the industrial pilot, SMX demonstrated that its molecular markers:

    • Can be applied to recycled cotton during shredding and spraying without affecting fibre quality.

    • Remain fully traceable after blending virgin and recycled fibres in multiple ratios.

    • Survive fibre opening, carding, and sliver formation with consistent detectability.

    • Endure spinning processes, allowing clear verification in finished yarn.

    • Persist through fabric formation and finishing, enabling authentication directly on the final textile.

This end-to-end validation confirms that SMX technology integrates with existing textile operations and provides a reliable, scalable mechanism for verifying recycled content – which could help brands, regulators, and manufacturers meet ESG and Digital Product Passport requirements.

A New Standard for Evidence-Based Sustainability, Trade Compliance, and Export Advantage

SMX believes that this industrial pilot marks a decisive advancement for the textile sector, proving that cotton can now retain an authenticated and machine-readable identity throughout its entire transformation journey. Beyond strengthening sustainability claims, SMX’s material-level verification equips manufacturers and exporters with trusted data needed to secure preferential tariff treatment, avoid misclassification penalties, and streamline cross-border documentation under origin-dependent frameworks.

The ability to scientifically confirm where fibres come from – and the exact recycled percentage embedded in the finished product – directly supports eligibility for free-trade agreements, reduced-duty corridors, and sustainability-linked trade incentives. In parallel, the data generated by SMX’s molecular markers integrates into the Product Digital Passport (PDP/DPP) ecosystem, enabling automated, regulator-ready records that document provenance, recycled content, and compliance attributes required under certain EU, US, and emerging Asian regulations.

By providing tamper-resistant verification that replaces assumption-based reporting, SMX can enable brands to strengthen ESG transparency, reduce exposure to customs audits and shipment delays, and accelerate market access for sustainability-certified goods.

    Commercial Rollout

With the successful industrial proof now completed, SMX is ready to scale commercial deployment with leading apparel brands, recyclers, manufacturing groups, and global buyers seeking verifiable origin and recycled-content assurance.

SMX further believes that its ability to authenticate materials from recycling through to finished fabric could enable SMX to support customers in securing preferential tariffs, strengthening export competitiveness, meeting Digital Product Passport obligations, and protecting ESG claims with scientific certainty.

This milestone positions SMX as the enabling infrastructure for a new class of premium, traceable textile products – unlocking commercial value, accelerating compliance-driven adoption, and establishing a trusted global standard for material verification across the textile sector.

  • Bonk, Inc. Reaffirms Capital Allocation Strategy: Net Cash Flow from Digital Operations to be Deployed Directly into Aggressive Accumulation of BONK Digital Assets

Bonk, Inc. Reaffirms Capital Allocation Strategy: Net Cash Flow from Digital Operations to be Deployed Directly into Aggressive Accumulation of BONK Digital Assets

Company Commits Revenue from Majority Interest in BONK.fun to Fuel Strategic Target of Owning 5% of Global Supply; Beverage Division to Reinvest for Growth

SCOTTSDALE, AZ / ACCESS Newswire / December 11, 2025 / Following the effective date of its strategic reverse stock split, Bonk, Inc. (NASDAQ:BNKK) today reaffirmed its primary capital allocation policy: the Company intends to deploy net cash flow generated from its digital asset operations directly into the accumulation of BONK digital assets.

This directive creates a direct mechanical link between the Company’s digital ecosystem growth and its treasury strategy. As the Company executes its business plan and realizes revenue from its 51% majority interest in BONK.fun, available capital from that division will be systematically directed toward the open-market purchase of BONK assets to reach the Company’s stated target of holding 5% of the total circulating supply.

The “Revenue-to-Asset” Pipeline Bonk, Inc. has engineered a unique corporate structure designed to act as a continuous accumulation engine while supporting operational sustainability. The capital allocation strategy prioritizes treasury growth from digital sources while allowing traditional operations to self-fund.

    • Digital Asset Operations (Treasury Engine): Revenue generated from the Company’s controlling interest in BONK.fun-a platform with an implied asset value of ~$30 million-will be reinvested into the ecosystem’s underlying asset.

    • Traditional Business Operations (Growth Engine): Revenue from the Yerbaé beverage brand will be reinvested directly into the beverage division to support marketing, inventory, and expansion efforts.

Strategic Rationale The Company views the BONK digital asset not merely as a speculative holding, but as the fundamental unit of account for a growing digital economy. By aggressively converting digital operational cash flow into treasury assets, Bonk, Inc. aims to:

    1. Compound Value: Leverage dollar-cost averaging to build a massive position.

    2. Reduce Supply: Remove assets from circulation, contributing to scarcity.

    3. Maximize NAV: Drive long-term expansion of the Company’s Net Asset Value per share.

Leadership Commentary “We are not building a company that just sits on cash; we are building a vault,” said Mitchell Rudy (a.k.a. Nom), Board Director and Core Contributor. “Our shareholders deserve to know exactly where our focus lies. Every dollar of net profit generated by BONK.fun is a potential soldier in our campaign to secure 5% of the BONK supply. We have cleared our primary debts and streamlined our stock structure so that nothing stands in the way of this accumulation strategy. When BONK.fun wins, our treasury grows. It is that simple.”

Jarrett Boon, CEO of Bonk, Inc., added, “The reverse stock split was the final structural step to prepare us for this phase. We now have the right share count, the right institutional mandate, and the right revenue engines. Our mandate for 2026 is execution: turning digital operational success into tangible treasury growth while ensuring our beverage division has the resources to scale independently. We believe this is the most effective way to drive asymmetric returns for our equity holders.”

About Bonk, Inc. Bonk, Inc. (NASDAQ:BNKK) is a company evolving to bridge the gap between traditional public markets and the digital asset ecosystem. Through its subsidiary BONK Holdings LLC, the Company executes a strategy focused on acquiring revenue-generating assets within the decentralized finance space. The Company also operates a growing beverage division holding the patented Sure Shot and Yerbaé brands.

Solir Optics Launches With Advanced Infrared-Blocking Eyewear

Engineered to Protect Vision Indoors and Out – Beyond UV Protection

GLENS FALLS, NEW YORK / ACCESS Newswire / December 11, 2025 / Solir Optics, an emerging leader in protective eyewear innovation, today announced the launch of its debut collection engineered to safeguard eyes from harmful invisible light – both outside and under high-intensity indoor lighting. Built to go beyond traditional ultraviolet (UV) protection, Solir Optics introduces a patent-pending combination of infrared (IR) defense, UV415 protection, blue-light filtration, and advanced visible-light control to deliver enhanced contrast, lasting comfort, and comprehensive protection in demanding light environments.

Infrared radiation is invisible, heat-carrying wavelengths of light that our eyes absorb every day – outdoors, where it accounts for nearly half of the sun’s energy, and indoors, where high-intensity artificial lighting can expose users to concentrated IR. Prolonged exposure can subtly warm internal eye tissues, contributing to discomfort, fatigue, and long-term concerns including accelerated lens aging and cataract risk. Traditional sunglasses stop at UV protection. Solir Optics addresses this hidden risk with new lens technology designed to block more than 90% of infrared between 780nm and 2000nm, reducing thermal stress for sustained eye health.

Beyond invisible-light protection, Solir Optics’ infrared filtration also helps shield personal privacy by disrupting biometric scanning – an emerging concern in an increasingly sensor-driven world. By obscuring eye and facial data from IR-based cameras, Solir Optics eyewear offers an added layer of privacy protection from unwanted digital surveillance both indoors and outdoors.

“Solir Optics merges advanced science with thoughtful design so people can work, explore, and perform with protected vision,” said Scott MacGuffie, founder and president of Solir Optics. “Our mission is to safeguard and empower vision in a world where most of the risks to our eyesight can’t be seen. With Solir Optics, people can move through bright, demanding conditions with greater confidence and comfort.”

The debut collection, starting at $70, features five active-lifestyle frame styles paired with five vibrant lens options, including mirrored and photochromic choices. Solir Optics frames are crafted from ultradurable, bio-based injection-molded nylon with flexible temples and non-slip nose pads for a secure, comfortable fit. Select styles include integrated venting to prevent fogging, and two models meet ANSI Z87+ impact-resistance standards for eye protection in demanding work environments. Each pair ships with a protective microfiber pouch made from recycled materials to keep lenses clean and scratch-free.

The Solir Optics collection is available now at www.soliroptics.com.

    About Solir Optics

Solir Optics is redefining protective eyewear with advanced infrared-blocking performance lenses built to guard eyes from invisible threats. Going beyond UV protection, the company’s patent-pending lens technology manages the full spectrum of harmful light-UV, blue, and IR-while enhancing color and contrast to deliver vibrant vision, reduce thermal stress, and provide lasting comfort in high-intensity environments. Sean Callagy Leads Elite Professional and Business Growth Summit, Drawing Hundreds for Four Days of AI, Influence Training, and High-Level Strategy

    November 26, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

The Elite Professional and Business Growth Summit, regarded as one of the most anticipated business events of the year for attorneys, accountants, financial service providers, and high-growth entrepreneurs, concluded on Friday after four days of programming focused on scaling professional service firms through artificial intelligence, operational systems, and ecosystem partnerships. Hosted at the Park Ridge Marriott, the event delivered immersive training from nationally recognized leaders across business, technology, entertainment, and sport.

The summit was led by Sean Callagy, founder of Callagy Law and creator of Unblinded, whose opening address outlined the event’s central theme: the need for professionals to adopt integrated systems that reduce administrative demands, improve client acquisition, and generate consistent revenue without increasing work hours. Callagy, who built a multistate law firm while legally blind, emphasized that sustainable growth requires both technological adoption and mastery of human influence. This dual focus shaped the sessions, workshops, and panels that followed.

The speaker lineup brought together a diverse range of global influencers. Charlie Sheen delivered a candid session on personal reinvention, discipline, and the realities of rebuilding a public life. Gary Vaynerchuk provided a data-informed look at brand building, audience behavior, and the shifting expectations of consumers in an AI-driven marketplace. Ralph Macchio offered reflections on mentorship and perseverance across a forty-year acting career. Psychologist and relationship strategist Sadia Khan discussed communication frameworks that support trust, decision-making, and long-term client relationships.

Olympic gold medalist Sugar Ray Leonard anchored the program with insights on competitive pressure, mental resilience, and the preparation required for peak performance. Business broker and leadership trainer Bella Verita shared case studies demonstrating how influence and accountability can accelerate revenue growth in service firms. Cassie Kozyrkov, Google’s first Chief Decision Scientist, provided a detailed exploration of decision intelligence and its role in guiding professionals toward more accurate, timely, and data-supported choices. Her session included a practical breakdown of how AI and human judgment can operate together to improve accuracy, reduce errors, and streamline complex workflows.

Across the four days, attendees participated in sessions designed to produce measurable business outcomes. Workshops included hands-on implementation of AI systems tailored to professional services, real-time development of referral ecosystems, and structured influence exercises based on the Unblinded Formula. Participants left with specific deliverables, including a customized AI workflow for client intake and document generation, a list of ten potential ecosystem partners, and an accountability structure intended to support actions within the first seventy-two hours after the summit.

Organizers reported that networking remained one of the most impactful components. Hundreds of professionals participated in structured proximity-building sessions that encouraged collaboration across industries. Early feedback indicated that many attendees formed partnerships expected to result in shared clients, co-marketing initiatives, and operational support exchanges.

Throughout the summit, Callagy highlighted the purpose behind the event: to offer professionals a clear, repeatable, and integrity-driven path for scaling without burnout. Drawing on his own experience building a nine-figure business, he emphasized that operational clarity, time efficiency, and influence mastery remain essential at every stage of growth.

The event received strong endorsements from industry leaders and public figures. Representatives from the Aspire Tour described the summit’s audience as one of the most engaged they have encountered. Longtime supporters such as Tony Robbins, Jay Abraham, and Jack Canfield have also previously praised Callagy for his heart-centered approach to leadership and his focus on aligning systems with personal integrity.

  • Silverback AI Chatbot Introduces Advanced AI Assistant to Support Streamlined Customer Interaction and Operational Efficiency

Silverback AI Chatbot Introduces Advanced AI Assistant to Support Streamlined Customer Interaction and Operational Efficiency

    New York, New York – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Silverback AI Chatbot has announced the rollout of its newly enhanced AI Assistant, a feature designed to help organizations manage customer interactions more efficiently while improving the flow of information across different communication channels. The update reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to applying practical artificial intelligence capabilities to challenges commonly faced by businesses that rely on consistent, timely, and accurate communication.

The AI Assistant of Silverback AI Chatbot is developed to function as an adaptable support system that can interpret inquiries, provide relevant responses, and assist teams in managing conversations that would normally require manual handling. The feature is built around the fundamental need many organizations share: the ability to engage with customers at any time, across multiple platforms, without overextending internal resources. As communication expectations continue to evolve, businesses must handle larger volumes of inquiries while maintaining consistency. Silverback AI Chatbot’s announcement focuses on addressing this gap through a structured, automated approach.

    Silverback AI Chatbot

The design of the AI Assistant emphasizes contextual understanding. Instead of relying solely on pre-programmed replies, the system processes the intent behind questions, enabling it to generate responses that align with the user’s meaning rather than just matching keywords. This capability aims to support clearer conversation flow and reduces the likelihood of confusion, particularly in situations where customers seek immediate clarification. The feature serves as a bridge for teams that often face delays due to high inquiry volumes, staffing limitations, or operational bottlenecks.

According to internal research findings shared by Silverback AI Chatbot, a growing number of consumers prefer instant communication. Traditional support channels, though still relevant, often face latency issues that create gaps in service. The AI Assistant is developed to close these gaps by ensuring that basic questions, recurring concerns, and informational requests receive immediate acknowledgment. This does not replace human involvement but supports teams by managing initial interactions until a representative is available to continue the conversation.

One aspect of the AI Assistant highlighted in this announcement is its ability to maintain consistency. Human responses can vary depending on workload, time constraints, or differing interpretations of internal guidelines. By contrast, the AI Assistant follows structured logic and standardized information sources, providing uniformity in responses. This helps reduce misunderstandings and ensures that customers receive reliable information. In sectors where details such as schedule availability, service descriptions, or process explanations must remain precise, this consistency is particularly valuable.

The feature integrates with Silverback AI Chatbot’s existing platform, enabling users to manage conversations, view interaction history, and align messaging through a centralized interface. By having a unified system for tracking inquiries, teams can review conversations handled by the AI Assistant and step in whenever human involvement is required. This collaborative approach allows the AI to operate as a first point of contact while maintaining transparency and oversight for staff.

Additionally, Silverback AI Chatbot designed the AI Assistant with adaptability in mind. Organizations can adjust how the assistant communicates, including modifying language tone, adjusting the level of detail, and defining workflow boundaries. This ensures that the AI reflects each organization’s preferred communication style. For example, teams can determine whether the assistant should provide brief responses or offer more in-depth explanations depending on their industry, audience behavior, or operational priorities.

The feature also supports routing inquiries to appropriate departments or individuals when issues extend beyond general questions. Instead of relying solely on manual sorting, the assistant can categorize inquiries based on context and pass them to the right contact. This reduces unnecessary delays and helps ensure that specific inquiries reach the correct team member without being overlooked. The routing system functions alongside the automated response capabilities to create a more organized approach to information flow.

Another detail noted in Silverback AI Chatbot’s announcement is the assistant’s learning mechanism. Over time, the system can be trained to recognize new patterns, refine its understanding of user behavior, and improve the accuracy of its responses. This adaptive quality supports long-term reliability, as the AI adjusts to changing operational needs or shifts within customer communication trends. The enrollment of new data points allows the feature to become increasingly aligned with real-world scenarios and unique organizational requirements.

Silverback AI Chatbot emphasized that the AI Assistant is not intended to replace human staff but to complement their efforts. Many customer interactions still require personalized attention, critical thinking, or emotional support—areas where human representatives remain essential. The assistant’s role is to manage initial communication, reduce repetitive workload, and ensure that no inquiry goes unacknowledged. This structured division of roles allows teams to prioritize more complex cases while maintaining uninterrupted interaction with customers.

Organizations that have already tested the enhanced AI Assistant report improvements in response management and communication clarity. Early users noted that the assistant’s ability to consistently handle initial inquiries created a more organized workflow, allowing staff to address tasks in a more structured manner. The ability to track conversations directly within the platform also supported transparency and improved internal coordination. These observations influenced Silverback AI Chatbot’s decision to formalize the announcement and make the feature widely available.

The feature also aligns with broader communication and technology trends. As businesses continue to manage increasing numbers of inquiries across websites, messaging apps, and service portals, automation has become an expected element of operational infrastructure. Customers often interact with digital systems before speaking with a representative, making it crucial for these systems to be reliable and capable of providing meaningful support. The AI Assistant reflects this shift and aims to standardize communication during these initial engagement points.

Silverback AI Chatbot’s announcement reinforces that the enhancement is part of the company’s long-term initiative to strengthen the intelligence layer within its chatbot platform. The broader objective is to ensure that organizations can manage the pace and volume of modern communication demands without compromising response quality. The company intends to continue advancing its technology by expanding its natural language capabilities, refining automation flows, and supporting more complex communication scenarios as user needs evolve.

  • All In Solutions Detox Enhances Family Support Through Integrated Communication Programs

All In Solutions Detox Enhances Family Support Through Integrated Communication Programs

    SIMI VALLEY, CA – December 01, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

All In Solutions Detox, a CARF-accredited addiction treatment center, has strengthened its commitment to comprehensive recovery by emphasizing the critical role of family involvement during the detoxification process. The facility recognizes that addiction affects entire family systems and has developed specialized protocols to maintain meaningful connections between patients and their loved ones throughout treatment.

The detoxification process marks a crucial turning point in addiction recovery, and All In Solutions Detox in Simi Valley has implemented structured communication systems that keep families informed and engaged from the moment a patient enters care. This approach addresses the isolation that often accompanies addiction while fostering the rebuilding of trust that is essential for long-term recovery success.

“Recovery is strongest when families heal together, starting right at the detox stage,” said Alexandra Folgia, Director of Family Program, DMFT. Her expertise in marriage and family therapy has shaped the facility’s approach to treating addiction as a condition that impacts entire family systems rather than individuals alone.

The facility’s Family Program provides immediate contact with families after admission and continues support even after patients complete their treatment. This continuity of care ensures that the healing process extends beyond the individual to encompass the broader support network that will be crucial for sustained sobriety. Weekly meetings, educational resources, and guided communication sessions help families understand the recovery process while developing healthier patterns of interaction.

Research consistently demonstrates that patients whose families are actively involved in their treatment experience better long-term outcomes. All In Solutions Detox inpatient programs incorporate this evidence-based approach by creating structured opportunities for family participation throughout the treatment journey. The program addresses common challenges such as rebuilding trust, establishing healthy boundaries, and improving communication skills that may have deteriorated during active addiction.

Michael Maddaloni, a COO for All In Solutions Detox, emphasized the importance of treating addiction’s impact on relationships. “When someone enters our facility, they bring with them a network of relationships that have been affected by their substance use. Our role is to help heal not just the individual but also these vital connections that will support their recovery long after they leave our care.”

The facility’s integrated approach combines medically supervised detoxification with comprehensive family support services. This dual focus ensures that while patients receive the medical care necessary to safely manage withdrawal symptoms, their families simultaneously receive the tools and support needed to navigate their own healing process.

All In Solutions Detox operates as a Joint Commission-accredited facility and maintains membership in the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. With over 11 years of experience in addiction treatment, the organization as a whole has supported more than 7,700 individuals in achieving sustained recovery. The facility offers various levels of care including medical detox and residential treatment, each designed to meet patients at their specific stage of recovery while maintaining the family-focused approach that distinguishes their treatment model.
