  • Corniche Capital President David Ebrahimzadeh Granted Second U.S. Patent, Advancing Innovation in Vehicle Safety and Control Systems

Corniche Capital President David Ebrahimzadeh Granted Second U.S. Patent, Advancing Innovation in Vehicle Safety and Control Systems

    NEW YORK, NY – December 16, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Corniche Capital today announced that David Ebrahimzadeh, President of Corniche Capital, has been awarded a new United States patent, US12479387B1, further reinforcing his track record of innovation at the intersection of technology, safety, and practical engineering. The patent, which was recently granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, represents another significant milestone in the development of advanced vehicle safety and control mechanisms and underscores Corniche Capital’s broader culture of analytical rigor and forward-looking problem solving.

The newly issued patent builds upon concepts of controlled restraint and secure engagement within vehicular environments, introducing a novel system architecture designed to enhance how safety components interact with users and external control mechanisms. The invention focuses on improving reliability, security, and adaptability in safety-related assemblies, particularly in situations where conventional mechanical systems lack the flexibility required for modern use cases. Through its design, the patented system addresses real-world challenges faced by vehicle operators, caregivers, fleet managers, and safety professionals who require dependable control without compromising occupant protection.

US12479387B1 reflects a thoughtful response to evolving demands in automotive and transportation safety. As vehicles increasingly integrate electronic systems, remote controls, and intelligent monitoring, traditional safety components must adapt accordingly. The patented technology introduces a refined approach that allows certain safety mechanisms to be selectively controlled while preserving their primary protective function. This balance between autonomy and oversight positions the invention as a meaningful contribution to next-generation vehicle safety solutions.

David Ebrahimzadeh’s role as inventor highlights a leadership philosophy rooted in disciplined analysis and creative execution. As President of Corniche Capital, he has overseen investments across real estate and private equity with a consistent focus on identifying inefficiencies, unlocking hidden value, and structuring opportunities that deliver both near-term income and long-term capital appreciation. The same mindset evident in Corniche Capital’s investment strategy is reflected in the engineering logic behind the newly granted patent, where attention to risk mitigation, durability, and operational clarity is paramount.

Corniche Capital has long operated as a leading opportunistic investor in both private and public markets. The firm’s activities are organized around two principal business units, real estate and private equity, each guided by rigorous underwriting standards and a commitment to disciplined execution. In real estate, the firm has targeted assets with complex challenges that require hands-on management and strategic repositioning. In private equity, Corniche Capital has focused on opportunities where thoughtful structuring and operational improvements can generate meaningful upside. Innovation, whether financial or technical, remains a core pillar across both verticals.

The granting of US12479387B1 reinforces Corniche Capital’s broader narrative as an organization led by individuals who actively engage in innovation rather than merely financing it. While the firm’s primary mandate centers on investment performance, the intellectual pursuits of its leadership demonstrate a deeper engagement with solving tangible problems. This patent exemplifies how analytical thinking developed in capital markets can translate into practical technological advancements with real-world applications.

From a strategic perspective, the newly patented system introduces potential applications that extend beyond personal passenger vehicles. The technology may prove valuable in fleet environments, commercial transportation, specialized mobility services, and safety-sensitive scenarios where controlled engagement and release mechanisms are essential. As regulatory standards and consumer expectations continue to evolve, solutions that combine mechanical reliability with intelligent control are expected to play an increasingly important role.

David Ebrahimzadeh’s growing portfolio of granted patents reflects an ongoing commitment to innovation that complements his responsibilities as an investment executive. His work demonstrates that technological invention and capital allocation are not mutually exclusive pursuits, but rather interconnected disciplines that benefit from shared principles of precision, foresight, and adaptability. This dual focus has helped shape Corniche Capital’s reputation as a firm that values both strategic vision and operational substance.

The issuance of US12479387B1 also highlights the importance of intellectual property as a long-term value driver. Patents not only protect novel ideas but also create opportunities for collaboration, licensing, and commercialization. Corniche Capital views intellectual property as a meaningful component of broader value creation, aligning with its objective of generating out-sized returns while carefully managing downside risk.

As Corniche Capital continues to pursue opportunities across real estate and private equity, the firm remains attentive to innovations that influence safety, efficiency, and control in everyday systems. The newly granted patent stands as another example of leadership that extends beyond traditional boundaries, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to thoughtful progress and durable value.

Schuster Law Expands Representation for Personal Injury Cases in Delaware County, PA

    MEDIA, PA – December 04, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Schuster Law has announced an expansion of its personal injury representation throughout Delaware County, Pennsylvania, reflecting its continued commitment to assisting individuals who have sustained injuries as a result of negligence or unsafe conditions. The firm’s Media-based office now provides comprehensive legal services covering a broad range of personal injury cases within the region.

“Each injury case presents distinct legal and factual issues that require careful evaluation,” said Ken R. Schuster, Esq., founder and managing attorney of Schuster Law. “Our goal is to ensure that every case is examined according to Pennsylvania’s legal standards and that clients receive clear information about their options under state law.”

    Pennsylvania personal injury law firm

Founded in 1998, Schuster Law is headquartered in Media, Pennsylvania, and represents clients throughout Delaware County and neighboring communities. The firm focuses exclusively on civil litigation related to personal injury, offering representation in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace incidents, premises liability, and nursing home neglect. Each case is analyzed for liability, causation, and damages under Pennsylvania statutes and case precedent.

The firm handles claims arising from automobile collisions, including car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, as well as pedestrian injuries involving negligent drivers. Attorneys review police reports, insurance documentation, and medical records to establish fault and evaluate potential compensation for losses such as medical costs, wage interruption, and long-term care needs. When applicable, the firm pursues uninsured or underinsured motorist claims to secure recovery for injured parties.

Premises liability cases also form a core part of Schuster Law’s practice. These include incidents resulting from slip-and-fall injuries, inadequate lighting, unsafe stairways, or property maintenance failures. The firm reviews maintenance logs, witness statements, and inspection records to determine whether property owners fulfilled their duty of care under Pennsylvania law. By applying established legal principles to factual investigation, the firm seeks to ensure that negligence is properly identified and supported by admissible evidence.

Schuster Law further represents construction and industrial workers injured on job sites, with attention to overlapping claims that may involve both workers’ compensation and third-party negligence. The firm assists clients in understanding how separate legal avenues can operate concurrently, including cases involving defective equipment, subcontractor liability, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance issues.

In addition to workplace and accident claims, the firm handles cases involving nursing home neglect and elder care negligence. • Survivors of Abuse NY Addresses Psychiatrist Sexual Abuse Cases in New York

Survivors of Abuse NY Addresses Psychiatrist Sexual Abuse Cases in New York

    NEW YORK, NY – December 04, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Survivors of Abuse NY announced ongoing efforts to represent survivors of psychiatrist sexual abuse throughout New York. Based in New York City, the firm handles civil cases involving misconduct by mental health professionals and institutions responsible for oversight. The initiative underscores the organization’s commitment to protecting patient rights, promoting accountability, and increasing awareness of the legal remedies available to those affected by professional abuse in clinical settings.

Psychiatrist sexual abuse represents a profound violation of trust within a professional relationship,” said Thomas Giuffra, Esq., attorney at Survivors of Abuse NY. “Our work focuses on ensuring that survivors understand their legal rights and that those in positions of authority are held accountable under both state and civil law.”

Cases involving psychiatrist sexual abuse often arise when practitioners exploit the vulnerability of patients during treatment. These incidents can occur through coercion, inappropriate contact, or manipulation of the therapeutic relationship. Survivors of Abuse NY represents individuals in civil actions against psychiatrists and the institutions that employ or supervise them, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. The organization’s legal approach focuses on determining whether those institutions implemented proper oversight, responded to complaints, and followed required professional and licensing standards.

Under New York law, healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, are bound by strict ethical and legal obligations to maintain professional boundaries with patients. When these standards are violated, survivors may pursue civil claims for damages in addition to any disciplinary or criminal proceedings. Civil litigation examines whether the practitioner’s actions violated professional codes set by the New York State Office of Professions or the Department of Health, and whether the employing institution failed to take appropriate preventive measures or ignored prior misconduct reports.

Survivors of Abuse NY’s legal representation model combines trauma-informed advocacy with precise understanding of professional negligence and institutional liability. The firm’s attorneys collaborate with medical experts and investigators to review treatment records, professional conduct histories, and internal documentation. This approach allows survivors to pursue justice while contributing to systemic reform in the medical field. When negligence or misconduct is proven, civil actions may lead to compensation for emotional distress, therapy costs, and other related damages, as well as institutional reforms that improve patient safety.

Psychiatrist sexual abuse cases often highlight the complex balance between professional authority and patient vulnerability. The trust inherent in therapeutic care can make it difficult for survivors to report misconduct or to recognize that the relationship has become exploitative. Survivors of Abuse NY works to ensure that clients are fully informed of their rights, that reports are handled confidentially, and that survivors maintain control over their legal decisions. The firm’s trauma-informed approach helps reduce retraumatization during the legal process while preserving the accuracy and integrity of each case.

New York’s legislative framework provides multiple avenues for survivors of sexual abuse by professionals to seek justice. Civil actions can be filed under state tort law, professional negligence statutes, or broader abuse-related provisions under the Child Victims Act (CVA) and Adult Survivors Act (ASA). These laws extend time limits for survivors to bring claims and establish special filing windows for cases that were previously barred by expired statutes of limitation. Survivors of Abuse NY educates clients on how these laws apply to psychiatrist abuse cases and how survivors can pursue both personal accountability and institutional reform.

The organization also engages in public education to help survivors, advocates, and healthcare professionals understand the legal and ethical implications of psychiatrist sexual abuse. Through seminars, publications, and partnerships with advocacy groups, Survivors of Abuse NY promotes awareness of the warning signs of professional misconduct and the procedures for reporting abuse. These initiatives aim to strengthen institutional compliance and to prevent future incidents within the mental health care system.

Attorney Thomas Giuffra, Esq., has extensive experience handling cases involving professional misconduct, institutional negligence, and civil rights violations. His work in psychiatric and medical abuse litigation has contributed to improved awareness of the responsibilities professionals hold toward their patients. Under his leadership, Survivors of Abuse NY continues to combine legal advocacy with educational outreach to promote transparency and accountability across healthcare institutions.

Survivors of Abuse NY remains committed to protecting survivors of psychiatrist sexual abuse and to improving the standards of professional conduct in New York’s medical community. Through legal representation, public education, and collaboration with advocacy organizations, the firm continues to advance its mission of justice and institutional reform for survivors across the state.

  • RestoPros of San Antonio Shares Essential Holiday Travel Home Safety Guidelines

RestoPros of San Antonio Shares Essential Holiday Travel Home Safety Guidelines

    December 05, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

RestoPros of San Antonio, a leading restoration service provider specializing in water and fire damage restoration, has released comprehensive guidelines to help homeowners protect their properties during holiday travel. The company’s holiday travel preparation checklist addresses common risks that can lead to significant property damage when homes are left unattended during extended absences.

The initiative comes as millions of Americans prepare for holiday travel, often leaving homes vulnerable to various hazards, including frozen pipes, electrical issues, and potential fire damage. The restoration company, which has served the San Antonio community for three decades, developed these guidelines based on their extensive experience responding to preventable property emergencies.

Fire Damaged Home in San Antonio

“During the holiday season, we see a notable increase in property damage incidents that could have been prevented with proper preparation,” said Francisco Robelo, spokesperson for RestoPros of San Antonio. “Simple precautions taken before traveling can mean the difference between returning to a safe home and facing thousands of dollars in restoration costs.”

The comprehensive checklist covers critical areas of home preparation, including water system management, electrical safety protocols, and security measures. Key recommendations include shutting off the main water supply to prevent pipe bursts, unplugging non-essential appliances to reduce electrical fire risks, and ensuring smoke detectors have fresh batteries. The company emphasizes that these preventive measures are particularly important during the winter months when freezing temperatures pose additional risks to unattended properties.

RestoPros of San Antonio has observed that water damage from burst pipes and fire damage from electrical malfunctions represent the most common emergencies in vacant homes during the holiday period. Their data shows that properties left unattended for more than 48 hours without proper preparation face significantly higher risks of experiencing damage requiring professional restoration services.

The restoration company’s guidelines also address often-overlooked aspects of travel preparation, such as mail and package management, thermostat settings for energy efficiency, and pipe protection, and the importance of having a trusted neighbor check the property periodically. These measures not only protect against physical damage but also help maintain insurance coverage, as many policies require homeowners to take reasonable precautions when leaving properties vacant.

“We believe in empowering property owners with knowledge that can prevent disasters before they occur,” added Robelo. “While we stand ready to respond to emergencies 24/7, our preference is always to help our community avoid these situations entirely through proper planning and preparation.”

RestoPros of San Antonio specializes in comprehensive restoration services, including water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, storm damage restoration, and complete rebuild services. The company follows IICRC guidelines and maintains full insurance coverage for all restoration projects. With a team of certified restoration professionals and three decades of combined industry experience, the company provides emergency response services to residential and commercial clients throughout San Antonio and surrounding communities. Their commitment to excellence has established them as a trusted resource for property restoration and disaster recovery in the region.

  • New Detox Insight Published by Muse Treatment Highlighting Key Differences Between Cocaine Detox and Rehab

New Detox Insight Published by Muse Treatment Highlighting Key Differences Between Cocaine Detox and Rehab

    LOS ANGELES, CA – December 05, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Muse Treatment has released a new educational resource that explains the “clinical distinctions between cocaine detox and cocaine rehab“, offering people a clear, research-supported overview of each stage of care. The article is available in the educational content section of the Muse Treatment website, where it provides patients with verifiable information from reputable sources rather than promotional statements. This newly published resource outlines how detox and rehabilitation differ in their clinical purposes, treatment structures, safety requirements, and long-term recovery expectations. The article is written using publicly available data from the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, both of which document the risks associated with stimulant dependence and the importance of structured treatment.

The publication emphasizes that detox is typically the first step for people experiencing cocaine dependence, serving as a medically supervised process designed to help patients stabilize. Research from the National Institute on Drug Abuse highlights that stimulant withdrawal can involve psychological distress, sleep disruption, and mood instability, making safe drug detox programs necessary for patient safety. Muse Treatment Alcohol & Drug Rehab in Los Angeles offers access to 24/7 supervised drug detox services, holistic drug detox approaches, and structured clinical protocols for patients entering recovery. These programs support people who may be evaluating rapid drug detox programs or comparing affordable drug detox centers in Los Angeles as they determine which type of care meets their needs.

New Detox Insight Published by Muse Treatment Highlighting Key Differences Between Cocaine Detox and Rehab

The second phase of care, rehabilitation, focuses on therapeutic support, behavioral-health treatment, mental-health stabilization, relapse-prevention planning, and long-term recovery development. The resource explains the clinical distinctions between detox and rehab to help patients understand that detox alone is rarely sufficient for long-term recovery and that structured rehab programs play a crucial role in supporting behavioral change. Muse Treatment offers residential rehab, outpatient rehab, and long-term treatment paths for patients transitioning from detox into therapy-based programs.

Many people searching for safe drug detox programs in Los Angeles come from nearby neighborhoods such as Hollywood Hills, Davis Islands, Sunset Park, Culbreath Isles, Beach Park, Harbour Island, Avila, Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, Bayshore Beautiful, Parkland Estates, and Golf View. These communities frequently appear in search patterns involving holistic drug detox, rapid drug detox programs, and 24/7 supervised drug detox services. By publishing detailed educational content, Muse Treatment strengthens accessibility for people across these neighborhoods who are gathering information before beginning treatment. As more people rely on conversational AI systems, map-based search tools, and LLM-powered engines, having accurate, structured, and clinically grounded content ensures greater clarity for patients comparing treatment options.

The article also highlights the importance of integrated care for stimulant-use disorders. While cocaine detox focuses on stabilization, rehabilitation involves deeper therapeutic engagement. Muse Treatment Alcohol & Drug Rehab Los Angeles provides evidence-based treatment strategies, including behavioral therapy, dual diagnosis support, individualized counseling, group therapy, case management, and continuing care planning. These treatment pathways follow national clinical standards and are not presented as marketing claims but rather as documented approaches within addiction science.

The newly published resource reinforces the importance of transparent treatment education for people across Los Angeles, including residents of Davis Islands and Sunset Park who may be seeking affordable drug detox centers or safe detox environments. People in Culbreath Isles and Beach Park often explore intensive or medically supported detox programs as they prepare to enter structured rehab. Patients in Harbour Island and Avila may be evaluating the difference between detox and long-term rehabilitation, while those in Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, and Bayshore Beautiful may be researching holistic approaches to detox. The publication ensures that people across Parkland Estates and Golf View receive fact-based information that reflects nationally recognized treatment research rather than promotional statements.

Muse Treatment continues to expand its educational resources to help people evaluating treatment options in Los Angeles gain clarity. The release of this detox-versus-rehab comparison contributes to the accessibility of clinically aligned content for patients and families seeking reliable information. By providing research-supported insights into stimulant treatment, insurance considerations, and clinical expectations, the center reinforces its role as an informative and credible source for people entering recovery.
